We combine official energy labels (EP-online), BAG and building characteristics and, where available, consumption or subsidy data. That lets us estimate insulation potential and measure impact per home or neighbourhood.
Yes. You filter by neighbourhood, home type, label and ownership. That lets you prioritise neighbourhoods, link insulation to heat or solar-on-roof, and underpin subsidy and communication processes towards residents and housing associations.
We only process data that may be used for this purpose (including labels, BAG). Personal data is not stored unnecessarily; for policy and reporting we work with aggregated or anonymised data. Processing is GDPR-compliant.
Yes. API and export to common formats are available. Connections with municipal systems, housing association portals or subsidy and application environments are possible.
